EDUCATION:  

1967  Graduated High School at Korea Christian Academy in Taejon, Republic of Korea.  

1977  Obtained 60 credit hours from Forest Park Community College in St. Louis, Missouri.  

1979  Bachelor of Science degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.  

1981  Graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. 

1977-1981  During this period of time I took numerous seminars in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and psychology from the Center for the Application of Behavioral Sciences at St. Louis University, the Proseminar Institute of San Francisco, California, and Lar Short of the Chrysalis Fellowship in Mill Valley, California.  I also became certified as a Touch for Health instructor after completing 60 hours of training in applied kinesiology and communication.  

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Owner of Salem Chiropractic Clinic at 406 South Main Street in Salem, Indiana from 1981 until 2000.

Practiced chiropractic at 1919 State Street in New Albany, Indiana from 2000 until 2006.  

Practiced chiropractic at Advantage Chiropractic in Georgetown, Indiana from 2006 until 2007.

Practiced chiropractic at Buchanan Chiropractic Center in Corydon, Indiana from 2007 to 2015

Practice chiropractic at The Schneck Family Care Center in Salem, Indiana from 2010 to present.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:  

1982-Present   Each year took at lest 12 hours of continuing education courses for license renewal in the State of Indiana.  The twelve hour courses taken that most specifically relate to pain management were courses on myofascial pain and trigger point therapy, tempo-mandibular joint dysfunction, headache pain management, and clinical management of the lumbar spine.  Other courses have been on rehabilitative exercise programs, nutrition, CT, MRI, and x-ray interpretation, and impairment rating.  

1981  Completed 100 hours of post-graduate studies in Applied Acupuncture through Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.  

1988-1990  Completed 126 hours of post-graduate studies in Orthopedics through National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois.  Thirty hours of these studies were for certification on Rating of Physical Impairment.  Thirty six hours on Immobilization.  Ten hours on Peripheral Vascular Disorders.  Fifty hours on Disorders of the Thoracic Spine, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Hip.
